The Ghoksadanga Birendra Mahavidyalaya was established to provide knowledge and education to
the rural as well as urban students of Mathabhanga subdivision specially students under
Ghoksadanga police station and surroundings. Ghoksadanga Birendra Mahavidyalaya has started
its session in 2011-2012 with a few students in a small building but within a few years this institution
has emerged as an eminent college of Cooch Behar district, and definitely we are grateful to the
tireless efforts of the teachings and non teaching staffs, students, and well wishers. Our aim is to
make this college a silver lining in the arena of higher education. We welcome all the learners to our
college in the journey towards excellence and fulfillment of life goals. My best wishes for the glorious
